Talent Management Specialist
Description:
- Performance Management:
- Assist with the development and implementation of performance management processes.
- Analyze performance data and identify areas for improvement.
- Support managers in conducting performance reviews.
- Succession Planning:
- Identify high-potential employees and develop succession plans for key positions.
- Work with managers to create career development pathways for employees.
- HR Analytics and Reporting:
- Collect and analyze HR data to identify trends and inform talent management decisions.
- Prepare reports and presentations on talent management metrics.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in talent management or a related HR function.
- Strong understanding of talent management principles and best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR information systems (e.g., Applicant Tracking Systems, Learning Management Systems).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Additional desirable skills:
- Experience with project management methodologies.
- Knowledge of employment law.
- Experience with instructional design principles.
