Talent Management Specialist

Description: 
  • Performance Management:
    • Assist with the development and implementation of performance management processes.
    • Analyze performance data and identify areas for improvement.
    • Support managers in conducting performance reviews.
  • Succession Planning:
    • Identify high-potential employees and develop succession plans for key positions.
    • Work with managers to create career development pathways for employees.
  • HR Analytics and Reporting:
    • Collect and analyze HR data to identify trends and inform talent management decisions.
    • Prepare reports and presentations on talent management metrics.
  • Other duties as assigned.

 

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in talent management or a related HR function.
  • Strong understanding of talent management principles and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR information systems (e.g., Applicant Tracking Systems, Learning Management Systems).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Additional desirable skills:

  • Experience with project management methodologies.
  • Knowledge of employment law.
  • Experience with instructional design principles.
